In the same way we protect your confidentiality, we ask that you protect ours when you resign from your present company.  Please remember that there may be others in your bank who need our services.

Your Boss:  "Did you work with a search firm?"
You:  "Yes, because I wanted to be represented in a professional, confidential, and expeditious manner."
 
Your Boss:  "Which firm represented you?"
You:  "In the same manner that I have been protected by confidentiality, I have agreed with the recruiting firm to protect theirs."
